The Festival of 2Worlds now meets the school world every year, summoning young people to rediscover a cultural identity closely linked to the creation and development of the event. The initiatives proposed to students in the primary and secondary schools of the town are structured according to age groups: the project We are the Festival, courses in theater education, the school-work alternation and the promotions on shows dedicated to young people.
WE ARE THE FESTIVAL is a project aimed at all primary and secondary school students in the town of Spoleto. It is also an opportunity to rediscover the town across stories and memories, documents and archive material, but above all, an opportunity for young people participating to visit the town from a different perspective: squares which become stages, secret spots to discover, churches dedicated to the performing arts, everyday places which become special, historical monuments transformed in the hands of artists and dark cellars that become precious studios.
In previous editions, different themes were treated: knowledge of the Festival Crafts to reflect on how the different roles of those who worked for the Festival have evolved, becoming consolidated over the years, or being transformed and giving rise to new skills and professionalism; the memory of Spoleto on the 50th anniversary of Sculptures in the City, the historic contemporary art exhibition that in 1962 saw the town of Spoleto transformed into a "Museum Town". The discovery of the Theater, a theme chosen for the last two editions, revealed the secrets and the most hidden corners of the two theaters, symbols of Spoleto, Teatro Nuovo Gian Carlo Menotti and the Roman Theater to the youngsters, on a journey that brought them back in time to learn about the history, the architecture and the structure of these places, while having fun, to reconstruct the history of the Festival through the venues where the event has been held for over half a century

The labs, which are predominantly playful, take on the form of a game, thus increasing the students’ knowledge, enabling them to develop their perceptive capacities, fantasy, creativity and helping them communicate, to express themselves and become acquainted with the theater, its parts and its history.

The CondiVisioni project was created with the aim of promoting and organizing educational activities and training workshops for the public of the Festival.
The public, an integral part of the process of artistic-cultural creation for the show, will be involved in a series of appointments aimed at preparing the spectator, encouraging involvement and critical thinking.
The training course approaches the shows across three phases: before the vision, the vision, after the vision.

CondiVisioni is a workshop for the promotion of didactic initiatives, both practical and theoretical, organized by theatrical mediators and professionals from the arts sector. This experience, which combines knowledge and emotion, is addressed not only to the young people but is also open to all spectators, of different generations, who are curious or eager to experience the Festival in an active manner.
The Festival Promotion Office offers groups (minimum 10 people), Travel Agencies and Cultural Associations, Cral and Tour Operators varied discounts for specific needs, and also offers the opportunity to plan a unique event with an exclusive location, catering service and facilities for gala evenings, meetings and presentations.
